Responsibilities

  • Administering compensation and benefit plans.
  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Conducting employee onboarding.
  • Help plan training & development.

We are looking for a success driven Human Resources (HR) Generalist to implement a variety of human resource programs such as staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development. Requirements

  • Proven experience as HR Generalist.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
  • Additional HR training will be a plus.
